What WhatBiz is

WhatBiz is a listing and decision-support platform. We are not a business broker, lender, appraiser, or investment adviser, and we do not represent buyers or sellers in a transaction.

Scores, valuations, analyses and AI responses are educational models generated from information supplied by users or public sources. They are not appraisals, offers, or professional advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for independently verifying every figure, claim and document before entering into any transaction, and for engaging qualified legal, tax and accounting professionals.

You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data at scale, post misleading listings, or attempt to circumvent security controls.

Listings and content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We may remove content that appears fraudulent, unlawful or misleading, but we do not guarantee that all content is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or losses arising from any acquisition decision.
